How adults model healthy resilience strategies for youth is more important than anything they could say about it. So what exactly is resilience, why is it so important, and how do we help build that skill in youth ? This session will give an overview of the key components of resilience that are important for anyone to know, whether as a parent or just part of the village it takes to support our youth in today’s world!
